My Mac and I are not getting along

So, I couldn't really ask for a better place to work. The location is pretty fabulous....here is a view from my balcony.


Today, once I was finished working, I retreated to my balcony to work on a paper. 3 hours later and we {my trusty mac and I} were really getting somewhere.
Then, it happened.
The grey screen of death.
I guess that's what I get for downloading Microsoft Word onto my cute little Mac. I should have known better...

So, I took her battery out, sat her on my desk and prayed over her. I'm praying that in the morning she will turn on like normal...

Until then, I'm going to take a deep breath and try to get some sleep. Thankfully, I have some great waves to listen to...


Thankful for:
The sound of waves crashing into the rocks.
The simplistic feel of island life.
Grocery stores at home where you can always find fresh fruit.
The miraculous sound of a mosquito as he buzzes past your ear.
A new day tomorrow...
